Job Description

Scope of activity within the company:
 Coordination of meetings with Banks, auditors and other professionals
 Preparing of documents for account opening with banks and brokers
 Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence
 Preparing of payment orders for banks and brokers
 Supporting the board of directors
 Cooperation in projects
 Maintaining diaries and arranging appointments
 Managing reception and meeting and greeting clients
Requirements:
 Good communication, customer service and relationship-building skills
 Good communication skills
 Good MS-Office skills
 Accurate working methods
 Attention to detail
 Self-motivated
 Team spirit
 The ability to be proactive and use your initiative: to see what needs doing and to do it
 Perfect knowledge of the Spanish language
